What is the difference between a school group and an adult group?
A school group is a group of schoolchildren or students composed and accompanied by one or more teachers who visit the exhibition together.
An adult group, on the other hand, is a group of friends, students, colleagues, tourists, club members or retired people who decide to visit the exhibition together as part of a joint activity. Many groups take advantage of this opportunity to create a meeting place, a team activity, a university outing, in a professional or recreated context.
Do we provide guided visits?
No, the visits are self-guided, but each photo includes a bilingual explanatory text. If for exceptional reasons you would like a member of our team to welcome you with a short presentation, give you a brief tour or answer a few questions, we will consider your request, subject to availability.
Free school guides to download
Teachers and students who want to enhance their visit experience and stimulate discussion can download the free guides that are chockfull of pertinent questions and observations about the photographs on display.
Each year, the new edition of the manuals is available in August. For your information, you can download the past editions here: School guide
Teachers and accompanying adults : your cooperation is appreciated
Students and visitors who honour us with their visit must observe certain rules of conduct on site. To this end, the team will provide you with the instructions put in place to help teachers and accompanying adults better supervise group visits.
