AND SEVERAL ACCOMPANYING EXHIBITIONS
TO CELEBRATE THE MONTREAL EXHIBITION’S FIFTEENTH EDITION
The World Press Photo Montreal exhibition team is proud to announce that, as part of its 15th edition, which will take place from August 31 to October 2 at Bonsecours Market, the 15 World Press Photo of the Year prizewinners from the past 15 years will be presented to the public, in addition to the 2022 contest’s award winners.
As a reminder, artist Caroline Monnet will serve as the spokesperson for this 15th edition, during which she will also present the world premiere of her exhibition Ikwewak (Women). Among the other exhibitions, photographer Justine Latour will present her exhibition Claire 107 years old for the very first time. This exhibition visually chronicles the remarkable journey of Claire Sigouin, still self-sufficient at 107 years old, residing in the house where she has lived since 1932, in Bois-des-Filion.
